Your colleague
For hotels and guesthouses

Your guests write at any hour — your colleague answers from what you wrote.

A named AI colleague (an AI assistant) on WhatsApp who welcomes guests before and during the stay — rooms, breakfast, transfers, services — from what you have taught it. It never guesses, and it starts in draft mode until you are ready.

A written example
Is breakfast included, and until what time?
Breakfast is included and served from 8:00 to 10:30 on the terrace.
↳ Answered from: Breakfast
Can you arrange an airport pickup on Thursday at 16:30?
Airport pickups are arranged by the front desk. I have sent them your flight time and they will confirm here.
↪ Handed to the front desk
A written example, not a real conversation. Once you create your colleague, it answers from what you teach it.

On WhatsApp, at any hour

Rooms, breakfast, transfers and services: the questions guests ask before and during a stay, answered when they ask.

Knows only what you told it

Give it your documents once — it reads them and answers from them.

Never guesses

What it has not been taught, it files instead of inventing — ranked by how often guests actually ask.

Hands over to the front desk

Groups, events, long stays and rate negotiations go to a person, with the conversation so far.

What you give it

You answer a short list of starter questions (19 for this trade), and a readiness score says when Yasmine knows enough. To go faster, give it what you already have: an in-room directory, your house rules, the FAQ from your website, a photo of the sheet by the lift.

When it hands over to a person

  • A group, an event or a long stay — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A rate negotiation — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A question that is not on the fact sheet yet — Says it will check, and logs the question for you to answer once.

Questions

Can it arrange an airport pickup or confirm a booking?
No — it confirms and changes nothing. A pickup is arranged by your front desk: it passes on the flight time and tells the guest that a person will confirm. A group, an event, a long stay or a rate negotiation are handed to a person in the same way, with the conversation so far.
Which documents can I give it?
Whatever you already have: an in-room directory, your house rules, the FAQ from your website, a photo of the sheet by the lift. It answers from what you give it, and says so when it does not know.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
It does not guess. It says it will check and files the question on a list ranked by how often it is asked. You answer it once, it can then give that answer itself, and you approve what it learns.
Can it send messages to customers without my approval?
No. It starts in draft mode: nothing is sent to a customer until you decide it should be.
How long does it take to set up?
From choosing it to its first answer, an afternoon: you answer a short list of starter questions, a readiness score tells you when it knows enough, and you can add documents and photos to go faster. Nothing is created until you make an account, on the last step.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup, then a monthly subscription — no commission and no price per message. WhatsApp provider fees are billed separately by Meta. The plans are on the pricing page.
