Your colleague
For trade-show exhibitors

A show lasts three days — your colleague follows up every contact from your stand, that same evening.

A named AI colleague (an AI assistant) on WhatsApp that follows up the contacts from your stand, from a QR scan to a booked meeting with your sales team. It never states a firm price or commits your company, and at launch it drafts and your team reviews, then sends.

A written example
Hi Karim, thanks for stopping by our stand. Roughly how many seats are you looking at?
About ten of us, looking at early next year
Great, we have an offer that fits. I can propose a 20-minute call: which day and time of day suit you?
↳ Call proposed
Thursday afternoon. We also need a custom quote.
I have passed the quote request and your preference for Thursday afternoon to the team. They will confirm the time with you directly.

A written example, not a real conversation.

Capture in 20 seconds

A scan of the stand’s QR code, a phone number, and a note from your staff on the topic discussed.

A first message the same evening

It recalls the show, your stand and the topic, then follows up at day 1, 4 and 10 — only within the window after the show, and no automatic follow-up once it closes.

Qualifies, then aims at a meeting

Need, role in the decision, buying horizon — and it spots requests for a quote or a demo. Each conversation has one goal: a meeting booked by your salespeople.

Never commits your company

No firm price and no discount: rates are indicative only, and the quote comes from a person. Lead times, specifications and exclusivity stay with your salespeople.

What you give it

You give it your exhibitor sheet: your offers, ranges and client references. It answers from them, and notes every question it cannot answer so that your team’s reply serves all later conversations.

When it hands over to a person

  • A custom quote — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A partnership proposal — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A technical question the data sheet does not settle — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.

Questions

Can it give a price or a discount?
It never states a firm price and never grants a discount: rates are indicative only, and a quote comes from a person. A custom quote, a partnership proposal or a technical question the data sheet does not settle is handed to your team.
Can it commit my company on lead times or specifications?
No. Lead times, specifications and exclusivity stay with your salespeople. The colleague qualifies the need and steers towards a meeting.
How are contacts captured at the stand?
On an easel, a badge or a card, the visitor scans the stand’s QR code and leaves a phone number, and your staff note the topic discussed. It takes about twenty seconds.
How long does it follow up?
For the window that matters after the show: a first message the same evening, then follow-ups at day 1, 4 and 10. Once the window closes there is no more automatic follow-up, and every conversation stays visible in the console.
What do I get after the show?
An end-of-show report, per stand, when the window closes: contacts captured, conversations, meetings obtained.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
Each question without an answer is noted. Your team’s answer then enriches every later conversation, automatically.
Can it send messages to customers without my approval?
At launch it drafts and your team reads, then sends. You switch to automatic sending the day you trust it.
Which languages does it speak, and does it understand voice notes?
It reflects the customer’s register — darija in Latin or Arabic script, French, classical Arabic — and keeps the trade’s vocabulary in French. Voice messages are transcribed and handled exactly like written ones.
Is this the same product as the other Qarte colleagues?
No. Trade-show exhibitors are served by Janah, a separate product with its own signup. The button on this page opens that signup, which is hosted on epcdash.com and describes a free trial with no card required. This page does not quote a price beyond that: you can also ask Janah for a demo.
