C
Your colleague
For coworking spaces

Members and visitors write at any hour — your colleague answers from your handbook.

A named AI colleague (an AI assistant) on WhatsApp that answers members and visitors — access, day passes, rooms, equipment — from what you have taught it, and hands over to your team when a person is needed. It never guesses, and it starts in draft mode.

Nora

Coworking spaces
A written example
Do you have a day pass?
Yes. A day pass gives you a desk from 9:00 to 18:00, with coffee and fast Wi-Fi.
↳ Answered from: Day passes
Can I book the meeting room for ten people on Friday?
Room bookings are confirmed by the team. I have sent them your date and group size.
↪ Handed to the front desk
A written example, not a real conversation. Once you create your colleague, it answers from what you teach it.

On WhatsApp, at any hour

Access, day passes, rooms and equipment: the questions members and visitors ask, answered when they ask.

Knows only what you told it

Give it your member handbook and price list once — it reads them and answers from them.

Never guesses

What it has not been taught, it files instead of inventing — ranked by how often people actually ask.

Hands over to your team

Room and event bookings, contracts, prices and custom plans go to a person, with the conversation so far.

What you give it

You answer a short list of starter questions (10 for this trade), and a readiness score says when Nora knows enough. To go faster, give it what you already have: the member handbook, the price list, the FAQ from your website.

When it hands over to a person

  • A meeting room or an event booking — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A contract, a price or a custom plan — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A question that is not on the fact sheet yet — Says it will check, and logs the question for you to answer once.

Questions

Can it book a meeting room?
Room and event bookings are confirmed by your team: it passes on the date and group size, and tells the person that your team will confirm.
What about a contract, a price or a custom plan?
A contract, a price or a custom plan is handed to a person: it tells the visitor that a human will reply and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
Which documents can I give it?
Whatever you already have: the member handbook, the price list, the FAQ from your website. It answers from what you give it, and says so when it does not know.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
It does not guess. It says it will check and files the question on a list ranked by how often it is asked. You answer it once, it can then give that answer itself, and you approve what it learns.
Can it send messages to customers without my approval?
No. It starts in draft mode: nothing is sent to a customer until you decide it should be.
How long does it take to set up?
From choosing it to its first answer, an afternoon: you answer a short list of starter questions, a readiness score tells you when it knows enough, and you can add documents and photos to go faster. Nothing is created until you make an account, on the last step.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup, then a monthly subscription — no commission and no price per message. WhatsApp provider fees are billed separately by Meta. The plans are on the pricing page.
