Your colleague
For real-estate agencies

Buyers write after the viewing — your colleague answers on the programmes you are mandated for.

A named AI colleague (an AI assistant) on WhatsApp that answers buyers on the catalogues your agency is mandated to sell, qualifies each lead, and hands over to your agent for fees or a price negotiation. It never negotiates or closes a sale, and at launch it drafts and your team reviews, then sends.

Real-estate agencies
A written example
I am looking for a 2-bedroom in Gueliz.
We have two programmes there with 2-bedrooms. What budget and delivery date suit you?
↳ Answered from: Mandated programmes
Around 900k, within 18 months. And what are your fees?
The first one fits. For fees, I have asked the agent to confirm before we book a viewing.
↪ Handed to the agent
A written example, not a real conversation.

On WhatsApp, in the buyer’s language

It offers the units that match a buyer’s budget and answers questions about the programme, at any hour.

Sells only what your mandate covers

The developer keeps their catalogue. Your mandate, for one programme or for all of them, decides what the colleague sells. A suspended or expired mandate takes the catalogue out of its scope at once.

Qualifies, then hands over

Fees, commission and price negotiation go to your agent with the whole conversation. It never negotiates, never blocks a unit and never closes a sale.

The line belongs to the agency

When an agent leaves, conversations, history and leads stay with the agency. It never reassigns a lead to someone else.

What you give it

You give it the stock you are mandated to sell: drop the export from your ERP (CSV or XLSX), the columns are recognised on their own and the import is previewed before anything is written. The same file dropped again each week keeps the catalogue up to date.

When it hands over to a person

  • Fees or commission — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A price negotiation — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A programme outside the mandate — Says so, and offers a callback.

Questions

Can it negotiate fees or a price?
No. Fees, commission and price negotiations are handed to your agent: the colleague tells the buyer that the agent will confirm, and passes on the conversation. It never blocks a unit and never closes a sale.
What does it sell if I am mandated by several developers?
What your mandates cover. Each developer remains the owner of their catalogue, and a mandate covers one programme or all of them. A suspended or expired mandate takes that catalogue out of the colleague’s scope at once.
What happens to the conversations when an agent leaves?
They stay with the agency: the line belongs to the agency, not to the agent. Conversations, history and leads remain with you.
How do I give it my stock?
Drop the export from your ERP (CSV or XLSX). The columns are recognised on their own and the import is previewed before anything is written. Dropping the same file each week keeps the catalogue up to date. Each update is dated: past the delay you set, the console flags the programme and the colleague stays cautious instead of calling a unit available.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
Each question without an answer is noted. Your team’s answer then enriches every later conversation, automatically.
Can it send messages to customers without my approval?
At launch it drafts and your team reads, then sends. You switch to automatic sending the day you trust it.
Which languages does it speak, and does it understand voice notes?
It reflects the customer’s register — darija in Latin or Arabic script, French, classical Arabic — and keeps the trade’s vocabulary in French. Voice messages are transcribed and handled exactly like written ones.
Is this the same product as the other Qarte colleagues?
No. Real-estate agencies are served by LeadHub, a separate product with its own signup on epcdash.com. The button on this page opens that signup, which describes a 14-day free trial with no card required. This page does not quote a price beyond that: you can also ask LeadHub for a demo there.
