Your colleague
For online stores

Shoppers have questions right before they pay — your colleague answers them on WhatsApp, from your own catalogue.

A named AI colleague (an AI assistant) on WhatsApp that helps shoppers during the purchase: sizes, materials, shipping, returns and warranty, from the catalogue and policies you give it. It never quotes a price, confirms stock or a delivery date, offers a discount, or touches an order: it points to your product page or hands over to your team. At launch it drafts and your team reviews, then sends.

A written example
Does the black tote fit a 13-inch laptop?
Yes, the Lila tote takes a 13-inch laptop, a notebook and a water bottle. It comes in black, cognac and sand.
↳ Answered from: Choosing the right product
Is the cognac one in stock today? And can you do 10% off if I order now?
Stock changes by the hour, so the product page is the one to trust. A discount is the team’s decision: I have passed on your request and they will come back to you here.
↪ Handed to the team
A written example, not a real conversation. Once you create your colleague, it answers from what you teach it.

During the purchase, at any hour

A WhatsApp link on your product and checkout pages: the question that stands between a shopper and the buy button is answered when it is asked.

Knows only what you gave it

Give it your catalogue, size guides and policies once — it reads them and answers from them.

Never guesses what changes by the hour

Stock, a price, a promotion or a delivery date is the product page’s to say. It points there, and files what it was not taught instead of inventing it.

Hands over to your team

A discount, an order to change, cancel or refund, or a question the catalogue does not settle goes to a person, with the conversation so far. It never takes a card number in the chat.

What you give it

You answer a short list of starter questions (10 for this trade), and a readiness score says when Idris knows enough. To go faster, give it what you already have: the product catalogue, the size and fit guides, the shipping and returns policy, the warranty terms, the FAQ page of your shop.

When it hands over to a person

  • A discount, a coupon or a price match — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • An order to change, cancel or refund — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • Stock or a delivery date for one order — Tells the person a human will reply, and sends you the question with the conversation so far.
  • A question that is not in the catalogue yet — Says it will check, and logs the question for you to answer once.

Questions

Can it give a price, a discount or confirm stock?
No. Those change by the hour and are not in a catalogue document, so it tells the shopper the product page is the one to trust and, for a discount, passes the request to your team, who decide.
Can it look up, change or cancel an order?
No: it cannot see your orders. A shopper who wants to change, cancel or be refunded is told that, and the request goes to your team with the conversation so far. Your policy on changes, which you teach it, is what it quotes.
Which documents can I give it?
Whatever you already have: the product catalogue, the size and fit guides, the shipping and returns policy, the warranty terms, the FAQ page of your shop. It answers from what you give it, and says so when it does not know.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
It does not guess. It says it will check and files the question on a list ranked by how often it is asked. You answer it once, it can then give that answer itself, and you approve what it learns.
Can it send messages to shoppers without my approval?
No. It starts in draft mode: nothing is sent to a shopper until you decide it should be.
How long does it take to set up?
From choosing it to its first answer, an afternoon: you answer a short list of starter questions, a readiness score tells you when it knows enough, and you can add documents and photos to go faster. Nothing is created until you make an account, on the last step.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup, then a monthly subscription — no commission and no price per message. WhatsApp provider fees are billed separately by Meta. The plans are on the pricing page.
